　　Jiangxi Luli Wood Co., Ltd. (est. 2021), a subsidiary of China's Top 500 Luli Group, integrates R&D, bamboo/forest cultivation, harvesting, production, and sales of logs, bamboo materials, PB/OSB, and deep-processed products.

　　Based in Ji'an, Jiangxi with Shandong HQ, the company targets 15 eco-industrial parks nationwide in 5-8 years for 30 million m³ OSB capacity. The 2,200-mu Jiangxi park features full "tree-to-home" chain: dual 800K m³ PB/surface-decoratable OSB lines, 600K m³ log processing, 180K m³ laminated wood, and biomass power. Shouguang's 3,000-mu park houses: 300K/600K m³ FOSB lines, 300K m³ log processing, 300K m³ laminated wood, 2M ㎡ flooring, 180K m³ decorative panels, 150K furniture sets. Hunan's 2,000-mu park mirrors Jiangxi's setup. By 2024, Luli will add 4M m³ OSB capacity, leading nationally in per-line/total output.

　　Its dual 800K m³ PB/OSB lines use world-class Dieffenbacher equipment: thickness-controlled digital flakers, SPE moisture-control dryers, PDF glue systems, CPS+ continuous press (Asia's largest: 65m x 8.5ft), 8-head formers, automated stacking - achieving 20% energy/15% wood savings with Industry 4.0 integration.
