Raw Materials Yard
The main processes in the raw material yard include a two-stage system and long-log flaking. Raw materials are flaked into wood strands and conveyed via belts to the next process. Sourced from forest lands within a 500-km radius centered on Anfu County, our operations integrate seedling cultivation, scientific cyclic harvesting, and enhanced forest stock volume to boost forest carbon sequestration capacity. This represents a pioneering integration of modern industry with efficient, deep utilization of mountainous bamboo-wood resources—a benchmark for rural vitalization through industrial development. Smaller-diameter logs are used for OSB-series products, while larger-diameter logs undergo lumber processing. Residues from lumber processing are repurposed for OSB materials, and bark is used as fuel for biomass thermoelectric projects, achieving comprehensive resource utilization across the entire industrial park.
